would you apply more chance for our studing ENGLISH

more and more I found that my chance for studying ENGLISH was little ,I think there must be some rensons for this ,the study atmosphere is not heavy, and there are not many affairs about it.for example ,the FLD's ENGLISH CORNER is not so frequent,but the orgnization is very active,it can help us to improve our ENGLISH,so why do  you not hold it more offen? it is helpful for us to improve our oral,isn't it?
