Is anybody here can help me to find a foreign teacher ?

   I'd love to find a foreigner to practice my oral English these days .but I don't know how to connect with a foreigner who lives nearby this college .Is anybody here can tell me how to find a foreigner or  introduce one to me ? Thank you very much.
