我是机电的,那个是自己的经历吧,后来在火车上一个做美容(或许是吧,她自己说D)说皮肤收缩的时候(减肥当然会引起皮肤的收缩了)要是没有补充足够的胶原蛋白,皮肤的调节能力就会降低,就容易引起变形.想想也是吧,你的电脑.. 这么强`~去做兼职美容顾问 --------------------

好专业阿~你是作什么的--------------------.. 我是机电的, 那个是自己的经历吧, 后来在火车上一个做美容(或许是吧,她自己说D)说皮肤收缩的时候(减肥当然会引起皮肤的收缩了) 要是没有补充足够的胶原蛋白,皮肤的调节能力就会降低,就容易引起变形. 想想也是吧,你的电脑在高温环境下连续运行,又不给它降温,多半死机:) -------------------- Don`t worry about me |

减下来之后就是保持了，这个时候一定要乐观向上，饭按时吃，多喝水
运动骑自行车最好了，可以瘦腿，每天一个小时吧，周六，来个长一点的， 3个小时一组，来2组，周末休息 嘿嘿~~~~~：） -------------------- Don`t worry about me |
