有什么好的video convert工具阿

想把一些大的视频文件转换格式压缩一下，今天找了个realmediaproducer，效果还可以，把avi转换成rmvb，效果很好，就是速度慢，今晚上就转换了一个文件，太慢了 -------------------- Everytime is a Happytime
