Work with a foreigner

He is our Associated Editor-in-Chief.
He is a from Canada, a real research sientist.
He is a very nice person, He let me  I call him Basil.
He opened the door for you before you enter the room, a real gentleman
He tells you what you can do in English editing,
Disscusion is needed, coz we all make mistakes,
He encourages you all the time,
you'll easy get confidence to do overcome the difficulties.
