就是，听起来象根灯绳。。。饮食+运动，慢慢来~（我也要瘦~~~）切莫心急，健康要紧~做做YOGA吧，虽然我只试了几天就没再坚持，但那几天的心情确实非常舒畅~~--------------------流水前溪去不留，余香骀荡碧池头。 yoga比较难 还是普拉提好一点[em080] 而且坚持做下来身体很舒服 -------------------- 那就这样吧

告诉一个绝对有用的招，郁闷和绝望还有颓废，不出2个月你就骨瘦如柴了

减下来之后就是保持了，这个时候一定要乐观向上，饭按时吃，多喝水
运动骑自行车最好了，可以瘦腿，每天一个小时吧，周六，来个长一点的， 3个小时一组，来2组，周末休息 嘿嘿~~~~~：） -------------------- Don`t worry about me |

对了，减肥的时候有一点很重要
补充蛋白质，胶原蛋白，牛奶鸡蛋都是很不错的， 不然很容一皮肤变形，形成菊皮~~！！就像妊乘纹一样， ~~！！！！！！！！！ -------------------- Don`t worry about me |

好专业阿~你是作什么的--------------------.. 我是机电的, 那个是自己的经历吧, 后来在火车上一个做美容(或许是吧,她自己说D)说皮肤收缩的时候(减肥当然会引起皮肤的收缩了) 要是没有补充足够的胶原蛋白,皮肤的调节能力就会降低,就容易引起变形. 想想也是吧,你的电脑在高温环境下连续运行,又不给它降温,多半死机:) -------------------- Don`t worry about me |
